If you order one item, and you've tried the product for 30 days consistently we won't ask you to return the opened item. All you'll need to do is contact us, and we'll refund you every cent.
If you order two or more items, we will only ask you to return the remaining unopened items. As an example, if you order 3, and you want a refund, we'll only ask you to return your two unused items. Limited to one refund per household.
You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If however, we had to arrange for a collection of your returned products, the return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.

I have tried so many products in the past and didn't get any results. I think I have given up to find a solution for my fragile hair. After completing Chemo and radiation in September 2022, it was a struggle to get my hair back to the way it was before. I used various treatments and medication but nothing helped. On washing my hair, batches would wash away even though I used cold water to wash my hair. I would pull out chunks of hair from my brush every morning when I combed my hair.
